DESIGN & PLANNING

We love to work collaboratively with clients on their renovation/building projects, searching for the best ways to realise their vision and create a uniquely personalised space.

Guiding you through the pre-project process, the decisions made at this stage can have a dramatic effect on the outcome so we find it helps to have us on board with you at this early stage.

We draw on our past experience to help guide you through the design phase of your project and will tailor our approach to the individual – from purely advisory, to complete management of this stage of the project life cycle.

PRE – CONSTRUCTION

All details and required drawings (such as structural drawings, building control drawings and party wall awards) will be completed and ready prior to commencement.

We will take care of all technical issues and plan for any obstacles that may occur during the project. The “hard yards” will be taken care of, however you will still play an integral part in this process.

Our clients benefit from our established relationships with leading experts in the industry including architects, engineers and surveyors. We will bring your vision to life, from the design process to physical build.

BUILD

Benefitting from a wealth of experience, our in-house team are confident that whatever the design, we can build it. We tailor our workforce to your project, creating a bespoke team of expertise.

Through the building stage there will continue to be a strong presence from our core management team. Holding regular meetings on site to keep you informed of progress.

Taking full authority of all features of the building process, we guarantee that the end result will meet our usual high-standards. Just as importantly, we will exceed your expectations and provide you with the project you’ve dreamed of.

COMPLETION

Towards the end of the build we will carry out a detailed audit of the space and structure. Prior to the finalisation of the project, we hold a final handover and sign-off meeting with you.

With detailed planning and efficient methods of working, we will ensure your project is completed on time, in spite of any obstacles that may arise during the whole process.

Having worked with you throughout the process of your project, we will provide you with an outcome tailored to you. There’s very little we enjoy more than handing over a finished product we’re both proud of.
