Project Management

We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. They will plan all aspects of your project and navigate through any setbacks that may occur.

Reporting & Cost Control

During the construction process we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. Clear and constant communication is an integral part of any project, so we ensure to keep you well-informed throughout the process.

Coordination Process

During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. All plumbing and electrical components will be checked and left in good working order.

Commissioning & Project Closeout

One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. All documentation is inspected and once everything has been approved, the project manager will verify the completion of the project.

Additional Construction Steps

We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process. This will include areas such as deliveries, the placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation.

Shop Drawings & Submittals

These submittals are essential, as they remind everyone of the requirements of the project, from contractors to the design professionals. They provide clarity on all projects, with their use avoiding any misunderstandings and disputes during the build.

Cost Reporting

You will be kept informed of the project cost throughout the process of the project. These reports will be updated as the project moves forward, with more clarity provided over time as it nears towards completion.

Final Inspections & Occupancy Permit

Upon project completion, a final inspection will be carried out to ensure the safety of yourself, your staff and the rest of the public. After passing inspection, you will obtain an Occupancy Permit to verify that your property is fit-for-purpose.

Service Brochure

You will be provided with an overview of our construction services, from construction management, design-build and general contracting. We complete work for many return-clients, and look forward to working with you again.
